Jena was first introduced to the beauty industry while working at a tanning salon where she quickly fell in love with spray tanning and waxing. Starting her business in 2009, she has grown from employee to employer with all the steps in between and is the proud owner of Catalyst Salon located in the popular Central Florida Mills 50 District. Jena is considered an expert in her field, as a master-level spray tan artist, speaking at conventions, previously serving as a board member of the Association of Sunless Tanning Professionals and a Norvell Academy location.  Jena uses these platforms to promote diversity in her industry and often speaks on the importance of representation. In response to the devastation, Covid brought to the beauty industry.
